Citigroup executive to head $1B New York state-run Green Bank

ALBANY, N.Y., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo appointed a Citigroup Inc. executive to head a state-run, $1 billion fund whose purpose is to finance green-energy projects.
