Ukraine seeks $15 billion from IMF

Ananth Baliga KIEV, Ukraine, March 3 (UPI) -- Ukraine's interim government has asked the IMF for a $15 billion rescue package, agreeing to take unpopular steps to comply with the lender's conditions.
