China to permit stock trading between Kong Kong and Shanghai

Ananth Baliga SHANGHAI, April 10 (UPI) -- China's Central Bank Gov. Zhou Xiaochuan said Thursday that investors will be allowed to trade stocks between the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
