Target appoints Bob DeRodes as CIO after massive data breach

Ananth Baliga MINNEAPOLIS, April 29 (UPI) -- Target appointed Bob DeRodes as its new CIO to help the company revamp its security systems after a data breach last year affected millions of customers.
