U.S. Commerce Dept seeks details, not delay, on oil export requests -sources

WASHINGTON, July 29 (Reuters) - The U.S. Commerce Department is holding requests for permission to export lightly processed crude oil for longer than the normal two-week period so it can gather more information, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
