CNH Industrial will not seek divestments to boost balance sheet -CEO

MILAN, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Tractor and trucks maker CNH Industrial will not consider any divestitures to strengthen its balance sheet, Chief Executive Richard Tobin said on Thursday.
