Rally at Urban Outfitters still hasn’t convinced Wall Street

Urban Outfitters Inc. shares rose as much as 10% in their biggest percentage gain since August 2012 as its namesake chain posted the first positive same-store sales in six quarters, but Wall Street remains mixed on whether to call it a turn.
