Power planned for giant North Sea oil, gas field

Daniel J. Graeber STAVANGER, Norway, March 16 (UPI) -- Norwegian energy company Statoil said Monday it signed a $130 million contract to help develop the giant offshore Johan Sverdrup reserve field in the North Sea.
