South Africa in talks with World Bank over Eskom's funding

CAPE TOWN, April 17 (Reuters) - South Africa has held talks with the World Bank about drawing down $1.6 billion remaining on a loan to state-owned power utility Eskom, Matsietsi Mokholo, acting director general of the Department of Public Enterprises, told Reuters on Friday.
