DETROIT, July 22 (Reuters) - AutoNation Inc Chief Executive Mike Jackson said on Wednesday the shift by U.S. consumers toward trucks and sport utility vehicles is creating problems for manufacturers who had geared factories to build small and mid-sized cars.
