San Ramon, CA, August 18, 2015–Beau Eckstein, host of REI Bar Camp, has announced a formidable lineup of real estate investors, brokers, agents, and marketers that will be leading breakout sessions during the event on August 29 at the San Ramon Community Center.
The lineup includes Mark Gagner, Bill Davis, and Beau Eckstein, among many others.
A few notes about the Leaders:
Mark Gagner is the founder and President of Bridge Equity Group, a multi-faceted real estate company investing in both single and multi-family properties.
His business focuses on singe family fix and flips in Northern California and the acquisition of large apartments, student housing, and commercial properties in emerging US markets.
Bill Davis is a professional blogger and internet marketer with expertise in WordPress, social media, SEO, and information marketing. Bill’s passion in life is teaching people. Currently, he shows people how to do stuff on the internet.
Areas of expertise include blogging, WordPress, email marketing, information publishing, and social media networks like Facebook, YouTube, Google+, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Beau Eckstein is Managing Partner of SFR Ventures, Inc., which is the origination arm of a private money fund specializing in construction. This fund specializes in investor loans for construction, bridge, and rehab loans. Beau is an active investor and likes to partner with architects and builders. Beau works with buy and hold investors as well as fix and flips/rehabbers.
