Shell to dismantle offshore Alaska program

Daniel J. Graeber ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Royal Dutch Shell said a combination of weak market conditions and a lack of exploration success meant it was time to dismantle its offshore Alaska program.
