Joe's Crab Shack becomes first major U.S. chain to try eliminating tips

Doug G. Ware HOUSTON, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Seafood joint Joe's Crab Shack has become the first major U.S. restaurant chain to test a concept eliminating gratuities for workers, the company said.
