Honeywell expects Elster acquisition to close early

Ryan Maass MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Announcing all regulatory hurdles have been cleared, Honeywell expects its purchase of the Elster Division of Melrose Industries to close ahead of schedule.
