Shut Keystone down, advocacy group says

Daniel J. Graeber HASTINGS, Neb., April 13 (UPI) -- An advocacy group in Nebraska said it was calling on U.S. regulators to shut down the Keystone oil pipeline following a spill from TransCanada's system.
