Crocs Slips On Stifel Downgrade

Crocs ( CROX ) is tumbling Wednesday, hurt by a downgrade from Stifel . Analyst Jim Duffy and his team cut the footwear maker from Buy to Hold and removed their $14 price target. Duffy writes that his bullish thesis on the stock was based on its ability to return to double-digit EBIT margins, and while he still thinks that the company can do this longer term, he believes it will be tricky for it to do so by 2018, given that that date requires “aggressive” revenue growth projections.
