Cintas Corp. (Nasdaq: CTAS) will acquire G&K Services (Nasdaq: GK) in a deal valued at approximately $2.2 billion. Shares of Cintas surged $5.57 to close at $112.99 while G&K Services stock leaped $14.57 to close at $96.70.
