Stocks finished the week little change as Donald J. Trump officially took office as the 45th President of the United States . The S&P 500 dipped 0.1% this week after rising 0.3% to 2,271.31 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3% this week after gaining 94.85 points, or 0.5%, to 19,827.25.
