Time now to ask of stimulus: What's in it for me?

As lawmakers in Washington work to craft the final compromise version of what promises to be about an $800 billion economic-stimulus bill, there is going to be a lot of second-guessing and hand-wringing over just how we got so deep into this mess, and whether we should have started spending any money to deal with it.
