Two top performing newsletters turn bullish

Two investment newsletters have just joined the bullish camp. That in itself might not seem newsworthy, but the two newsletter editors who have now turned bullish are not just any newsletter editors. On the contrary, they are at the top of the rankings for performance since 1980.
