Since its founding in 1916, customers have relied upon Holland 1916 Inc. to manufacture quality identification products to convey branding, operating and safety information. Through the years Holland has, based upon customer needs, expanded its product line.

Effective May 1, 2012, Holland 1916 Inc., the parent company, formed three operating companies:

• Holland Nameplate Inc. (a manufacturer of nameplates and durable RFID products);
  
  
• Holland Interface Solutions Inc. (a manufacturer of membrane switches, touchscreens, elastomeric switches, labels, overlays and castings) and
  
  
• Holland Integrated Metal Solutions Inc. (a manufacturer of operator cabs, consoles, enclosures, panels, metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assemblies).
  
  

The introduction of separate operating companies allows the teams to respond even faster and to develop new products more rapidly.
