Fred’s experience in assisting foreign companies to set up and expand their operations in the United States complements our robust international practice.”

Fred Greguras is a domestic and international business attorney serving clients from the startup through public company stages. His clients include software, clean tech, semiconductor and medical device companies. Greguras’ transactional experience includes equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and licensing. He has substantial experience representing companies with a market focus on or operations in China, Vietnam and India and in serving investors and businesses from those countries.

Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Greguras was a partner at K&L Gates and Fenwick and West in Silicon Valley, and the Kutak Rock law firm in Omaha, Nebraska. Greguras has also been a venture capitalist, general counsel and chief financial officer for a venture-backed startup as well as a Marine Corps combat veteran. He is a member of the State Bar of California and received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Greguras received his master’s in mathematics/computer science and his bachelor’s in mathematics, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
