The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS), at a meeting held November 20, 2014, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of twenty cents ($.20) per share to be paid December 15, 2014 to all common shareholders of record as of December 1, 2014.
