Woodland Hills-based Hollywood Software announced today that it has purchased Digital Cinema Systems, Inc. (DigiCine), with its FilmStore world-class motion picture playback system and all of its patents. With this acquisition, Hollywood Software is now able to offer clients a completely integrated TMS and SMS solution with flexible, low-cost upgrade options.
