Capmark Financial Group Inc. (Capmark) will announce its financial results for the third quarter 2008 on November 5, 2008. Copies of relevant materials will be available at www.capmark.com under “Investor Relations” in the "About Us" menu.

In connection with the release of its third-quarter 2008 financial results, Capmark will hold a conference call to be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at noon EST. The conference call will include management's discussion of third-quarter 2008 results.
