Intellicheck Mobilisa to Report Fourth Quarter and 2008 Year End Financial Results

Intelli-Check - Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE Alternext US:IDN) a leading technology company specializing in wireless and identity systems, will report financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended December 31, 2008 before the market opens on March 17, 2009. Subject to completion of the Company's year-end audit process, preliminary expectations are that revenue for the full year ended December 31, 2008 will be approximately $10 million with positive cash flows from operations for the year. Cash and investments as of December 31, 2008 grew to approximately $3.4 million and the Company has no long-term debt. The year-end revenue and positive total cash flow from operating activities results would be a record for the Company.
