ADR Report-Japan-U.S. equity plays hint Tokyo will open higher

NEW YORK, March 21 (Reuters) - Japanese equity-linked securities traded in the United States pointed to another bounce in Tokyo shares on Tuesday as investors grow more hopeful that Japan will be able to manage its nuclear crisis.
