US SMALL/MIDCAPS-Industrials, debt worry drops stocks

NEW YORK, July 26 (Reuters) - Small and mid-cap stocks fell on Tuesday, dragged lower by industrial stocks after a batch of disappointing earnings and continued uncertainty caused by a lack of progress in Washington on a debt deal.
