Mexico stocks up, Brazil falls in wake of rallies

LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Major Latin American stock markets were mixed Tuesday, with steel stocks pressuring Brazil's benchmark while finance and consumer product issues lifted Mexico's index a day after regional stocks tracked a rally on Wall Street.
