As Vice President of Operations with DOT Integrated Financial, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Shannon has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Shannon has over 10 years of progressive human resources and operations experience in various industries, including retail, professional consulting services, financial service, and insurance which she utilizes in her role as Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for overseeing operations, marketing, information technology, and finance as well as providing strategic leadership.

Over the course of her incredibly impressive career, Shannon has often played an integral role in the aiding and building of companies through transition from start up to national and international success. She recently created a national and global human resources platform in locations such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia Pacific and the United States for a company in the process of global expansion. Shannon has also been responsible for creating numerous innovative operational, marketing and human resource policies and programs and she has a great understanding of the evolution of projects from concept through to implementation.

During her collegiate career, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Geography from Mount Allison University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communications from Sheridan College. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified Global Professional in Human Resources. Shannon is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Human Resource Certification Institute.
