Partner Communications (NASDAQ: PTNR ) posted a 79% fall in its Q1 net profit. Partner Communications' quarterly net profit declined to 31 million shekels ($8.5 million), versus 146 million, in the year-ago period. Its revenue fell 27% to 1.144 billion shekels.
