Beginning in August, RE/MAX Coastal Properties representatives will be conducting comprehensive Nicaragua real estate seminars in select US cities for the purpose of informing interested potential investors on the wide range of affordable real estate opportunities in this beautiful and accessible country. Within a few weeks following each seminar, tours to Nicaragua will be offered that will enable interested investors the occasion to experience this unique and original country first hand and understand more fully the excellent real estate values that are currently available. The tours will be an easy way for potential investors to see for themselves the great potential in the wide range of affordable, beautiful and distinctive properties.
Each Nicaragua real estate seminar is planned to be informal, informative and interactive. Refreshments and appetizers will be enjoyed during the initial meet and greet session, which will be a beneficial time for like minded attendees to network with each other. Immediately following the social session, knowledgeable real estate professionals will give a presentation about the advantages of owning property in Nicaragua, and provide detailed information on some specific examples of real estate inventory that are available now. The seminars and subsequent tours to Nicaragua will be led by experienced Nicaragua real estate experts and expat residents of this charming country.
