Latam Products Tenders Summary-Demand increases, tenders awarded

HOUSTON, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Venezuela's PDVSA is seeking to buy up to eight 300,000 barrel cargoes of finished gasoline and ultra low-sulfur diesel (ULSD) for delivery this week in the middle of problems at its domestic refining network. Jamaica's Petrojam, Petroperu and Colombia's Ecopetrol are also offering to buy fuels and refining feedstock for December. U.S. oil firm Citizens Energy was recently awarded with a fuel oil tender launched by Petroecuador for November-April delivery. F
