AT&T to Buy NII Holdings' Wireless Business in Mexico

AT&T said it will buy the wireless business of bankrupt NII Holdings, the parent of Nextel operators in Latin America, for $1.875 billion, less outstanding debt. AT&T said it plans to combine Nextel Mexico with lusascell, which it acquired in November.
