WASHINGTON, Jan 13 (Reuters) - The U.S. Coast Guard will release a proposed acquisition timeline and requirements for a new U.S. icebreaker later on Wednesday, Admiral Paul Zukunft, commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, said.
