Russia's Gazprom says ready to compromise on gas for east Ukraine

MOSCOW, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Russian natural gas producer Gazprom said on Thursday it was willing to compromise with Ukraine over gas supplies to rebel-held regions in its east.
