Alcoa Inc. (NYSE: AA) will pay a premium of approximately $1.5 billion in stock to acquire RTI International Metals Inc. (NYSE: RTI). Shares of Alcoa slipped 75 cents to $13.73 while RTI stock leaped $10.83 to $38.11.
