SunEdison Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) will jointly develop with Dominion Resources Inc. (NYSE: D) a 420 megawatt Four Brothers solar project in Utah. Shares of SunEdison rose 74 cents to $14.99 while Dominion stock added 43 cents to $74.88.
