WASHINGTON, Feb 10 (Reuters) - A top Federal Reserve policymaker on Wednesday expressed concern that U.S. reforms enacted after the global financial crisis may have made it harder to stem a credit market panic, a warning that came amid growing stress in corners of the banking sector.
