Babcock preferred bidder for sale of Ministry of Defense unit

Richard Tomkins LONDON, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Britain's Ministry of Defense has named Babcock, an engineering firm, as the preferred bidder in the sale of the Defense Support Group's Land business unit.
