Comcast dropping $45B plan to buy Time Warner, reports say

Danielle Haynes and Doug G. Ware WASHINGTON, April 23 (UPI) -- Comcast will drop its $45 billion plan to acquire Time Warner, sources said Thursday, the day after a meeting with regulators aimed at ironing out concerns.
