Exelis shareholders approve merger with Harris Corporation

Richard Tomkins MCLEAN, Va., May 22 (UPI) -- Shareholders of Exelis, the aerospace, defense, information and services company, have voted overwhelmingly for the firm's merger with the Harris Corporation.
