Japan wins State Dept. approval for KC-46A acquisition

Richard Tomkins WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- The U.S. State Dpartment has approved the proposed $1.9 billion sale of four KC-46A Pegasus aerial refueling tankers to Japan.
