Snapchat introduces 'Spectacles' glasses with video camera

Stephen Feller LOS ANGELES, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- Snapchat announced it is changing its name to Snap, and will be selling glasses called Spectacles that record 10-second video clips and upload them to Snapchat.
