Brookfield Renewable Partners (NYSE: BEP) completed its acquisition of a 51% interest in TerraForm Power Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP). Shares of Brookfield Renewable Partners edged up 15 cents to close at $34.95 while TerraForm Power stock leaped $3.34 to close at $12.96.
