What If An iWatch Replaced Most Of The iPhone's Functions?

Earlier this week I wrote about "the minimum viable product that could constitute an Apple smartwatch." I was thinking about physical constraints like size, weight and battery life and tried to imagine what could be both massively useful and also efficiently minimalist. The vision that emerged for me was one of a device that could display "micro-apps" (much like the Pebble watch) but operate in concert with one's other iOS gadgets, particularly the iPhone.
