New submarine set for commissioning

Richard Tomkins WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- The U.S. Navy's newest Virginia-class attack submarine, the USS north Dakota, will be commissioned Saturday at Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut.
