U.S. SEC rejects NYSE proposal to list 'non-transparent' ETFs

NEW YORK, Oct 24 (Reuters) - U.S. regulators on Friday rejected a proposal from the NYSE Arca exchange to be able to list and trade actively managed exchange-traded funds that do not have to disclose their holdings on a daily basis.
