U.S. Navy authorizes building of Common Missile Compartment tubes

Richard Tomkins WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Missile tube construction for U.S. and British submarines by General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. has been authorized by U.S. Navy in an $84 million contract.
