NextEra's Hawaii deal faces big concerns from solar players

April 1 (Reuters) - NextEra Energy Inc's $4.3 billion plan to buy Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc has made solar companies uneasy, worried that the deal would reverse the island state's push to decentralize its power grid.
